Excursions Project Manager at TEDxSMU

Project lead for the 10th anniversary of TEDxSMU excursions program. Planning, monitoring, and oversight of 14 individual field activities for 350 conference attendees.

Lewis Warren, Jr. and DJ SkinPolitik (RonAmber Deloney) perform a rendition of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata with a spoken word component by RonAmber. The performance includes the voice of poet Rita Dove reading "Ludwig von Beethoven's Return to Vienna". Lewis Warren, Jr. is an award-winning pianist and an accomplished arranger and improviser. His special ability to connect with people through music was evident at an early age.

Reading Lab Manager at Dallas ISD

Managed end-to-end implementation of learning software for Read 180, Achieve 3000, Apex, and FastForword blended learning intervention programs. Coached students, teachers, and administrators on software usage and data analysis.

Winner of statewide C.R.E.S.T. award along with the counseling team for proposing and implementing strategies to promote student excellence.

Selected by Dallas ISD as a presenter to 100 educators at the 2014 National Circle of Learners’ Conference on motivating student users of FastForword learning software.

Project Manager at SMU

Project management for the 4-day New Cities, Future Ruins convening. Monitoring and program oversight of multiple projects for a 4-day festival. Managed project calendar, production schedule, and project budget. Interfaced with project coalition partners and donors. Realized over $30K in budget savings. Recruitment, training, and management of a project team across six functional areas. Negotiated vendor contracts for food, travel, and lodging for national and international participants.
